Kelly Services Miami Review

We had contacted Kelly early last week to request hiring someone for temporary work starting today. I had spoken to multiple people at various times and was assured that an email would be coming with our getting-started information.

Today is the day someone was supposed to be here to help us and not only did we never get the email but nobody is here to help us.

We originally felt confident in having Kelly be our first and only choice because we thought they were reliable.

They should have at least let us know days ago that they could not meet our request so we could have looked elsewhere for help.

This is extremely unprofessional and they failed at doing what their core mission is.

If I could give more than 5 I would give them ...
I feel very good and grateful to this agency, that since I decided to work for her it has been going well for me, they have always helped me to get a job, all her staff very good, very attentive all, especially LiLlian Rivera, thank you very much. ..

I have been trying to communicate with someone in the office for half a day and I only get a woman when I tell her what I'm calling, she tells me to wait a moment and she leaves me waiting until I get bored of waiting and I hang up, that repeatedly.

Getting jobs through them may be "dandy & fast"... But as far as of representing you within one's "ethical rights"... FORGET ABOUT IT... THEY'LL SELL YOU OUT IN A BLINK

Please do not go here. This is a waste of time.
I posted my resume online and Jaslyn from this agency called me offering me two jobs one in Hialeah and another one in doral. I left my stable job to give a try to this new opportunity . I even told her the only way I will leave my job if this new job was secure. Obviously, it wasn't. I am a mother and have bills to pay and now three weeks later, I am unemployed. The stupid excuse was that I used the internet and the phone ...This that happened just once. I was treated as a ghost in this Panalpina company . No one introduce me to rules and procedures of the company. Don't let these people fool you. Go somewhere else.Agencies just want to use you and throw you in the garbage when they don't need you. Jaslyn was unprofessional the way she treated me over the phone. She said she had to go to a meeting to cut the conversation and didn't even offer me another job. Thankfully, she didn't because I was going to send her to hell.

Today I went to look for work and I had to go with my baby because I have no one to leave him with and obviously if I don't have a job I don't have money to pay for his daycare, so he has to be with me, and a lady came out and told me to leave. I could not be there with children that they do not care for people with children, I felt discriminated and very bad because on their website they did not design any of that they should mention it so that people know that women with children in that place are discriminated, super little professional, we all have problems and I don't think it's fair what they did to me

Got a call from recruiter by the name of Jennifer (after I posted my resume online). I was inform in order for me to go through the process for schedule interview I have to complete the assessment. Upon trying to complete the assessment there were math equations & algebra on there. Why does this had to be difficult? I immediately decide not to finish and just withdraw. This is third temp agency require these stupid assessments (with math). No more applying at these agencies for me...I don t mind simple assessments (personally test)

I would not give it a single star, but if not it will not let me publish. I went to their offices because on this page they say they are open and there was no one.

Excellent place, good treatment of the employees and most importantly they have work options without paying

I was contacted back in March to start work, both assignments were cancelled. Then in May I was offered another position & it was a complete CIRCUS. We were thrown in, briefly told what to do, & then left alone. Fellow co-workers began turning on eachother & emailing the company about literally everything, the assignment was supposed to last at LEAST 2 months (as we were told) but we received an EMAIL telling us that we were terminated after 5 weeks & the only people they kept were the ones snitching & making false, petty reports. This is my first temp agency & I will never apply to another one EVER
