Completely unprofessional don t know anything about any of their properties when you asked they don t have proper information they can t guide you in the right direction this is why you choose magnolia homes instead of them because they don t know what they re talking about they lost my business and some other families as well unrealistic shady uneducated unknowledgeable team you have over there there

I used Realtor, Terry Harris from Kelly Realtors and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Terry and his wife, CeCe. The market we were buying in was very competitive and they bent over backwards to make sure we saw the houses we needed to see and got our offer in quickly. Communication was great and they were always on top of everything. Terry is very Knowledgeable Realtor and answered all questions and was there every step of the way. He was there during inspection and advised what things we really needed to be concerned with. Terry is an asset for anyone thinking of buying a house, especially if you are a first time home buyer or even a seasoned buyer. When I think of this team the words kind, friendly, caring, knowledgeable all come to mind.

We are from Arizona and spent a week with Shelby Milam last year looking at houses, but did not find the 'perfect fit'. Then in late July 2021, my wife saw a new listing pop-up on the internet here in Woodway, and loved it. We then called Shelby, as we developed a relationship of trust last year and asked her to do a walk through for us and give us her insight and opinion. After a walk-through, she said it was in the area we liked best last year, built by our contractor of choice, and in the school system we felt would best educate our son.......The long and short of it is, we made the purchase based on Shelby's recommendation and photos only, and couldn't be happier with our purchase.
Staff was very accommodating and I was in and out in a short time. They had my paperwork ready and I just picked it up!

This guy Nathan Embry is a horrible person. He once owned my condos, he stole everyone s deposits when he sold the place, mine was $1000. Also my roof was leaking for over a year with him saying the whole time he would fix it but never did to the point I had to stop paying him rent. So he sold the place and stole my deposit. My point is trying to buy anything from this guy is a mistake, he is a bad person and will lie cheat and steal to make things work for him leaving you very upset. Please proceed with caution. Nathan Embry is a thief and a liar.
