Michelle is extremely rude and unprofessional! Not sure what's her problem but her snarky attitude is uncalled for and needs to work on her communication skills. If you want to have a better representation of your company I suggest retraining your employees to provide better customer service.

Communication with her has been far from pleasant and because of that experience alone I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if that's the kind of service you provide.

Horrible customer service! They want to act all nice in the office take your money for applications and then after applying for multiple places and waiting for over a week and calling in multiple times want to say that the application was denied because they never accept someone with an eviction even if it was 13 + years ago.

I have done business with this company for over 15 years and they have always treated me professionally and with respect. Michelle does an awesome job with rentals and customer service.

Ghetto!!!!! I am military and recently looked to rent a house through them. I was in uniform when I arrived. I went on my lunch because they weren t very helpful on the phone. While at their office, I experienced the worst customer service. It was truly an awful experience. I was asking questions about a property and the girl at the counter was popping her gum and on Facebook on her computer. As I was trying to talk to her, she didn t even have the courtesy to look me in my eyes. She didn t answer my questions thoroughly and she had to ask around the office to other employees who also couldn't provide assistance. You have to pay to view a property. They don t show you the property. Then after arriving to the property, I realized she gave me the wrong keys and had me waiting 20 mins outside to give me the key. It was an absolute horrid experience. I can t imagine how they treat tenants. Military Beware !!!!!!

I was with Kelly Company for almost 3 years and never had any issues whatsoever. The apartment I moved into could have used a deep cleaning before I moved in but time was of the essence so in all fairness I think they did a fairly decent job in the short time they were given. Any issues were always addressed right away and they also made moving out so simple and painless. Overall my son and myself really enjoyed our stay and we are very appreciative for the opportunity we were given. Thank you Kelly Company...sincerely The Urdaneta Family
