The Lincoln room in Kellogg Center was a wonderful experience to wish a coworker a happy retirement.

They are trying to be upscale (farm fresh food, small selection and wine by the bottle) but sometimes that is just an inconvenience. Staff is nice and well trained.

At a luncheon, the staff was professional and friendly.

Our event at the Kellogg was spectacular. Service went above and beyond our expectations, including brining out extra chairs for unexpected guests and a surprise visit from Sparty.

We attended the breakfast with Santa event. This was our second year. The breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. The wait staff is very attentive and Santa's entrance is always really exciting for the kids as they watch him approach from the window. My only complaint is that both years it has seemed a bit unorganized and slightly chaotic and if you wait until after breakfast there are no supplies left at the craft table as they are never replenished.

I was not a fan of the shower set up. It would have been better if there was an adjustable showerhead to get a stronger more condensed flow of water. Hard to rinse my hair. Then had to wipe down the floor to make the bthrm useable again. The hairdryer worked well but the cord was so short it was hard to use. Maybe if I was 4' tall it would be ok Sink filled with water and emptied very slowly. Bthrm needs a fan to help rid dampness. On a good note bed was comfortable

We were there for the brunch but have been here a few times. Always great food and service. Worth the price and free parking on the MSU campus.

What a wonderful dining experience! Starting with Saphia and Trevor our servers followed by great and timely food...even the parking experience was nice.

Quick service and great rooms though slightly allergenic to my asthma.

The hotel staff if very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a standard 3 star affair with decent accommodations.

In a somewhat dreary reception area with a shop for MSU memorabilia we found our way to The State Room with it's understated sign. Dinner for 4 was nicely presented sea bass, the chef's recommendation. Service was prompt and professional with the restaurant busy on a Friday evening.

Friendly employees, good food and very clean hotel.

I had some special dietary considerations and the staff came through perfectly.

Visited here for a retirement dinner. Overall I thought the environment was nice, and the food was well prepared.

Nice place for a conference. Parking cost is a bit steep.

Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi worked well - which were the things I dealt cared about. Also the staff was helpful when I needed to change my reservation at the last minute

Attended a professional event here. Nice rooms, good food, great location. First floor men's bathroom needs a little work.

The National MS Society had an event here after a fundraiser. The staff catered drinks and snacks. The snacks we're cheese, crackers, and sweets. The beer was cheap or hoppy beer mostly, but it was okay. The staff was great. The back padio had a nice appealing setup. Overall it was a good experience.

This place is amazing the staff is friendly the rooms are nice and clean couldn't ask for a better stay.

Its a nice hotel on MSU campus, for parents, relatives, and friends who want to stay close to their student, but also have their own space.

Very nice place , staff is friendly and energetic. Good parking. I recommend the suites it's almost like having an apartment. Restaurant and bar on site.

The rooms are very spartan. No shower unit just a bathroom with a shower curtain & a nozzle in one corner. I've seen bigger jail cells for alot less.

Rooms small and dark. Good place to hold an event. We were there for an event and it seemed well run. College kids serving we're well trained.

Great service and unique style. Delicious food and deserts. I'm a U of M fan but still enjoyed the environment!

Everything was very clean and just the way we wanted it.

Not many good options close and banquet center was just ok... the ramp exiting is a super long wait during an event

It's "ok". For Lansing that probably should be five stars, but I'm consistently underwhelmed compared with how others talk this place up. For those who've grown up outside medium sized Midwestern cities, it's "ok".

It provides a fine space for conferences. The auditorium is small but comfortable. It's not my first choice to host a conference but adequately meets the requirements to do so.

Location of the Kellog center is fantastic. it is right on campus and easily accessible. Great spot as you can easily walk to downtown East Lansing.

Good place for an event, wish the chairs were spaced out just a tad bit more

The staff were all very friendly. The food was excellent, maybe just a smidge cold but thats okay. The venue was perfect for our dinner event.

I went to the Kellog Center for a work Gala. The staff was very polite and the food was delicious. I would recommend booking large events here.

This was a very nice venue for the wedding we attended. The room the reception was held in was very modern, clean and a good party atmosphere. The wait staff was very good, always floating around making sure people had food and/or clearing the tables of used dishes.

Very comfortable. Great parking. Difficult to find quick food. Formal dining only.

I have weekly meetings here and have never had anything bad to say about it.

Upscale, clean, roomy conference rooms. Kinda pathy as far as signage but otherwise great.

Venue for work event was quite nice, although drinks were quite expensive.

Parent orientation Thu 500" 700 parents in arrendance. Alot of material covered. I ate at hotel resturamt and stayed over nite. Staff was superb espically Kayla she helped with luggage she assisted me in food deluvery brought ice check air degrees. Beautiful young lady...thank you

Besides the false fire alarm at 3:50am that caused all of their guests out into the cold, the hotel room was nice and the staff was friendly.

I've been to numerous events at the Kellogg Center (college events and the Chocolate Party, among others), and they have been wonderfully run and managed. The employees have been efficient and nice, and the service has been outstanding. The rooms have been set up beautifully, and the recent remodeling of The Big Ten Room was very well done.

The room was disappointing. I was told on check-in that rooms do not come with refrigerators (even though the picture in their photo gallery shows one). When I got to the room I discovered that the shower is literally a corner in the bathroom, the bathroom floor was the shower floor. Most frustrating of all, there was crusty stuff on the sheets and on both blankets in the room. The shower curtain was also dirty with old hair product that hadn't been cleaned.

Love the location and the service! Maybe the only draw back is the bathroom size, but the remodel really helps with its design. Had a great time! Great place to stay when I head back to my alma mater.

The kellogg hotel and conference center was a great place, the staff were very professional and very nice. The staff were also very personable and humble. It's a beautiful location and was very updated and elegant. I hope in the future to be able to go there again. I would have no problem telling my friends and colleagues how great of an experience I had.

The hotel's rooms are very well-appointed but quite small. Service is excellent.

Went to restaurant. Wasn't bad, but probably won't visit again. Not my favourite.

The only good thing about this hotel is the kind and welcoming staff. Other than that this is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. The bathroom is horrific, absolutely terrible design. The beds are hard and comforters are paper thin. Walls and ceilings are thin as well, you can hear everything from the rooms above, below, and beside you. Conference rooms are outdated, small and not enough seating. Poor catering, and cheap gross food. One star.

I attended a conference this past weekend which too place in the big ten room. It was a very nice venue. Also close to many restaurants for meal breaks.

Clean, environmentally friendly, great staff, very accommodating. Good food.
