Excellent company...actually need more HR reps to maintain employees payroll and stability though. They are a great company to work for and have nonstop work...its a career company.
This company has crooks working the management is so bad. They have had a continuous pattern of hiring and laying you off after probation period. You will experience unpaid wages Hours missing , clock in times changing. If you exercise a labor law then they start panicking find a reason to write you up before a verbal warning and most of all HR thinks these employees are walking away from job but little do they know employees are being told lies about cut backs or layoffs and a week later the people that were layoff are actually replaced with new victims. Listen to this part do not waste your time with them it s a unhealthy work environment they steal from company and if you catch them they try to offer you stuff so your involved and they hang that over employees heads that why they get away with things. If hours or anything doesn t seem right don t waste your time ask the HR or payroll, or management they will push it off until it can t be fix go straight to labor commission don t hesitate
As a newer leader to the company, I appreciate the depth of experience in the employee base, the commitment to quality and innovative spirit that I've personally experienced in corporate meetings and in the field. The company lives its core values that all work is honorable and we respect the dignity of those who do it. As someone with a lot of professional experience across companies, no company is perfect. My experience is that KBS is a company that works to resolve issues when they occur.
