As a newer leader to the company, I appreciate the depth of experience in the employee base, the commitment to quality and innovative spirit that I've personally experienced in corporate meetings and in the field. The company lives its core values that all work is honorable and we respect the dignity of those who do it. As someone with a lot of professional experience across companies, no company is perfect.
