I worked with Kathy Gowen to find my first house. She was amazingly patient and almost always available by text if not phone. If I look for a new house again, I'll definitely be contacting her. It was a long path but she helped me find a house that was in my price range that I really like. The others she worked with were always nice and extremely happy to help me with whatever. I never felt like I was asking stupid questions or being unreasonable even if I maybe was.

They are not knowledgeable at the properties they have for sale. In my opinion the real estate agent should know the ups and downs and send out of the whole property to sell it. Still interested in a property that I have yet to get any information on other than size and where... Very unreliable company.

They paid close attention to detail. Know their stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Do what they say they're gonna do and when they say they will. They sold my house for me fast and even when to my house ahead of showings and did last minute things like opening all the blinds. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again if I need to!
