Horrible experience selling my Mom's house in Tucson, KW of Southern Az was/is a major disappointment. Also, avoid Ms Barry, and KW of Southern Arizona who Listed our home and left town for 5 (Five) weeks. In her absence, her staff was not focused, unprofessional, seemingly incompetent and/or inexperienced. KW of Southern Az. reminded me of working with used car sales people, it was the very worst of the worst realtors I've ever worked with. With 4 remaining properties to soon liquidate, Keller Williams will be avoided by me.

We worked with Ed Mandelberg who proved to be generally incompetent and unable to write up or read a simple contract. When confronted he accused us of being unable to understand English, "language problems," which is abhorrently racist.
This company has been continually TEXT spamming me and has refused to stop despite being asked to do so many times. Cold texting people to ask them to sell their homes, is both desperate and lazy. I own 3 properties and would NEVER use them as an agent.
This company is very unprofessional. I have been contacting them about a house and I got no response for a week. I was able to contact the realtor, Rebecca A Schulte and she was very rude and hung up the phone. I don t recommend this company at all as they are unprofessional and not responsive.

I ve had the best experiences with Keller Williams Southern Arizona. Every time I have a real estate question or need a referral for something related to buying or selling a home there is an agent or broker available.
If I could do a negative star, I would! Stephanie and Ed were our homes listing agents and were absolutely terrible. Communication is imperative in a transaction and without it, both buyers and sellers struggle. They had NO follow through and did not return calls or do what they promised they would. Once they got there commission checks they disappeared! The prior owner of the home failed to get the dish network satellites off the home, dish had the boxes delivered to our new home so their equipment could be returned (as silly as this may sound, it has actually turned into quite the hassle) we contacted the agent to assist in reaching the seller and said, oh by the way could you PLEASE get your big red listing pole out of our yard. 3 weeks later and 10++ calls to them AND their broker Lupita and still NOTHING! I left multiple messages for Lupita and she didn't even return my call (to date have not spoken to ANY of them... NOT a single one of them have returned a call). Broker (Lupita Mitz) had the audacity to tell me "you didn't request the sellers dish to be removed and you did a walk through"
I am still to date trying to get them to get their sign pole picked up!
I gave a $1500.00 deposit for a house I was going to rent from Keller Williams however, I did have to back out of the deal due to my dads health and having to move in with him instead. The leasing agent had initially met my children and I at the property and told me she was going to prepare the lease for the 15th as there was some obvious repairs that needed to be done prior to us moving in. The application process instructions she gave me stated that the deposit was non-refundable so when I backed out of the deal, she refunded only $1000.00 of my money stating they had taken the property off the market for me specifically and if I m not going to take it, she didn t have to give me any money back because they could have had someone living there already. WTF? It wasn t even going to be ready until the 15th how could someone be living there already? She tried saying I wanted the 15th and she could have had it ready by the 8th if I needed it that soon! This woman has no morals and is obviously only out for the money. I will not ever do business with them nor will I ever refer them to anyone.
Travis Pottinger is a really great agent. He has compassion and knowledge and thats why we chose him. He always is available and answers all of our questions, no matter how many we had! I would recommend him to friends and family. I will use him for any home purchases or listings in the future!
By far the best Real Estate company in Tucson. They know how to care for their clients and their people. I love the client care they constantly offer and the overall real estate experience they can provide to everyone. Truly and amazing company here.

If I could give less than ZERO I would!!! We own rental property in Oro Valley and continually receive phone calls from agents with Keller Williams wanting to know if we are looking to sell the property. Now they are calling my children asking them the same questions. I have asked for them to STOP calling any of our numbers related to our property, I have called the office asked them to STOP and continue to receive calls. I will next be contacting the FCC and reporting unwanted/soliciting phone calls. NEVER NEVER NEVER will use Keller Williams to Sell our properties we own. STOP CALLING THE SNEESBY FAMILY (PERIOD)
I've been talking with Jennifer meeker. since July 21st. I've spent countless hours meeting electrical, researching septic certification, doing due diligence ready to submit my offer with her help and she dropped me like a hot potato and wrote up an offer for someone else instead of me! And then had the nerve to call me and say it wasn't ethical for her to represent both of us and I would have to go with another agent in her Office! How ethical is it to treat me that way? She said she was writing up my offer for e signature and would email it to me when in actuality she was writing up an offer for someone else! How ethical is that? All the gas and hours of contacting electricians, surveyors, researching! What a scam she is. Too bad I can't warn the seller about how unethical she is. Live and learn. Now I know just what Keller Williams agent are like. I was excited about putting in my offer I need a place and she knew my situation and obviously had no intention of helping me.
If their customer service with property management cannot corrdinate with property owner what the contract States should be adhere to then but sadly people's lives are in jeopardy, stress, drama,and just plain down right rude people. No customer service. It's as if they don't care about nothing but the money$$!! I own my MH. The owner should move my MH off his property for non compliance of his own contract he makes everyone else sign!! All about the Benjamin's Sad sad sad situation. Maybe if they cared maybe there wouldn't be MH parks like this in Tucson. Regrettable acquaintance Sad our money goes to this management.we cant wait to move the heck out of this park!
Their broker, Mark Hamby, intentionally concealed information about a broken water main and lied about roof repairs. I sued the sellers who said they told Keller Williams and they actually said not to do anything! Then the listing agent, Jeremiah Taylor, tried to tell me my broker knew of it and just didn't tell me. She's a family friend and tried to talk me out of the sale because the broker was so dishonest!
Fraudulent and terrible. As a seller or buyer, save yourself the trouble of possible lawsuits and go with one of the many honest companies in town.
If I could put -5 stars I would!! By far worse renting agency I ve ever dealt with!! Extremely unprofessional. I lived there an entire year and made serval attempts to speak to management, even came to the office on numerous occasions and never was able to speak to anyone. They refused to fix anything!!! Do not rent from these scam artists!!!
