The worse real estate office I have ever done businesse with. Lack of professionalism from the broker is beyond belief. Agents are not far from the tree as well. I don't understand how they are in business. I am submitting a complaint to the AZ department of RE.
I am very pleased with the attention Jerod has had. We are looking to rent not buy he is working just as hard as if we were looking to purchase a home. I'm sure he makes more money selling that renting homes. None the less we are receiving 1st class service. Replies to emails, calls and texts usually within a few minutes. After 10pm I sent a text for him to reply to the next morning. He replies right away. When we're ready to purchase a home we dont want to work with anyone else. WANT JEROD!!!
Had a great experience with Thomas Stassi. He helped me find my house and 2 condos in Scottsdale AZ. I was in New York and he took care of all that was needed to complete my purchases. He went above and beyond!!! He still answers the simplest questions that i have with my house and condos!!! Would use him hands down with any further real estate purchases!!

I emailed Edyi 1-2 days after my move asking questions, it s now day 4 and no response.
I bought a new home and chose NOT to use them for the purchase due to the poor customer service.

Stopped in to get information about the area of Scottsdale. The realtors were in a sales training meeting. Was given a card to call one later. Maybe call a agent out of the meeting would have been a better idea. Going to another company, unfortunate because I like KW.
