No communication other than when I had to reach out myself.
Was given false information which persuaded me into accepting an offer and when I found out the actual answer she stated she misread .
Selling my home was not taken as a priority.
I was given attitude comments.
The day of selling my home they had no involvement.
I wasn t even sent a congrats anything I can do for you?
I emailed Edyi 1-2 days after my move asking questions, it s now day 4 and no response.
I bought a new home and chose NOT to use them for the purchase due to the poor customer service.
