My wife and I got to work with Leah Fink for the purchasing of a new home and selling of our old home.
The purchasing process, including the search, was very straight forward with Leah. She told us what to expect and what not to expect. The honesty upfront helped ensure that we all had the same expectations.
Giving the current market we were able to find a new home and have Leah aggressively bid and push on our behalf.

The selling process was even easier. We had showings for one day and had an offer that night. Again Leah was upfront on what our expectations should be and was honest about what we could get. We ended up with an offer over our asking price.

The entire experience is a stressful process, but Leah helped keep it to a minimum.
