I should first state that KW Realty is under new brokerage as of July 1, 2016. Don Caudill is now the broker responsible for the Yuba Sutter and Grass Valley/Nevada City areas.
I happen to know first-hand that Don Caudill and the owner of KW Realty are honorable, trustworthy professionals who take their fiduciary responsibility seriously. I know this because Don personally stepped in to negotiate the refund of our money spent on our property when we learned of nondisclosure by the seller. This was after escrow closed, so this was an extremely devastating time for us that he completely turned around. He also negotiated the refund of the commissions made by the agents involved to make our recovery whole. I also know that he had the approval of the owner every step of the way.
I am so happy to be able to say that there was no ill intention by the seller. She was unaware of the details as far as we can tell.
I am also happy to be able to say that KW Realty Yuba Sutter have an owner and broker that are honest and do the right thing. We didn t have to unnecessarily get attorneys and courts involved. It really restores ones faith in humanity.
