This is a great office. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Do NOT do business with Keller Williams and especially not here. First issue their contracts are shady. If you're a buyer they requires you to sign an agreement that guarantees them a 3% commission regardless of what the seller is offering to pay plus $500 commission to be paid to the broker (by you) just because they can con people out of money. Keller Williams is one of the few companies in the country that tries to impose this bogus fee on buyers.

The agent we met with was not prepared in any way. Even after selecting properties at my hotel to see, he couldn't make the conference room computer work and once he got it working it was obvious he didn't know how to use their software. We ended up having to look through all the properties again because he wasn't trained. Once on the road, he even got lost and took us on a 30 minute round trip detour.

Spent the afternoon looking with this agent, he was suppose to get back to us with info about the properties and we heard nothing it wasn't until 3 days later after I asked what was going on he decided we were too difficult, because I made them change they're bogus contract, remove those bogus clauses and we wouldn't work with their lender... I didn't need their lender as I had my own or cash and making that a requirement would be a violation of your licenses... glad you guys sent that info over in a text.

Could have been worse, but it's should have been a much better experience. Follow through was poor, my Realtor never once showed me a house he found I did the house hunting for him. I liked working with Anthony Knight but I dealt with a never member for the vast majority of my experience, the new guy would put me on hold mid sentence or not return phone calls, discouraged me from making offers for stupid reasons on certain houses. And even went on vacation without giving me an associate to contact, causing me to miss out on three homes I really want'ed to make offers on. I'm just glad it's over now. Once again if I dealt with Anthony and I wasn't stuck with any loose ends I would have rated 4-5 stars , and the fact they never found a home to show me chapped my @$$.

They sold me a house in which the plumbing wasn t connected to the main sewer lines and the location of the ac unit was not up to code. This house cost me over $20,000 in repairs and I will never trust them again. Save your money and go with someone more respectable

My husband and I just had the best moving experience thanks to Carrie Hammond! From the beginning to the end she was with us every step of the way which was extremely helpful because we were living out of state throughout the whole process. We chose a new build and Carrie would check on our house if we were unable to be there and she sent us pictures of the progress. She set up our home inspection and made sure the builder was aware of the issues that required attention. Then she was with us on our walk through before closing where she noted areas of concern that my husband and I did not notice.
We love our new home and will be forever grateful to Carrie Hammond!
