I did not like all of the above, unprofessional and poor quality. Tamesha Humphrey was extremely unprofessional and rude so I ll be turning around to a different realty company and I hope you all will too!

Clark is my agent and he's the best agent I've dealt with in my home search. Hopefully we'll be able to close on a home real soon. He actually finds homes in neighborhoods that I request. Not just the ones where he can get a better commission.

I had a so-so to not so great experience with my realtor Jermaine Morgan- I wouldn t recommend him due to him being a part time realtor. He wasn t present for the final walkthrough when I was under contract and wasn t going to be present for the closing if it had happened, overall my experience made me think why are agents needed? He barely sent me homes to view and I would be sending him homes as if I was the realtor. I was unable to see many homes because he was splitting time with his primary job. Overall I don t believe he was acting in the best interest of myself throughout the entire process.

Donna Long came highly recommend. My husband and I met her in person only once and that was when she came to place our house on the market. I surely can t complain because our house did go under contract after a few weeks. However, once our house went under contract we felt she no longer worked for us but for the buyer. Yes there was a few issues regarding the roof among other things. And the communication was lacking. Just over 14 hours to closing we get told the amount we have to pay which came as a big shock (which was a big mess). The closing disclosure showed that our AC guy was getting paid again. I questioned her and she said she didn t know it had been paid so I screenshot the texts between she and I where I clearly told her it had been paid. Also waiting until the last minute was totally unacceptable to tell us about the closing payment. She commented that Veterans United wasn t easy to work with. I explained to her we had recieved our closing information on our other house several days ago. She stated well we didn t have to work with Veterans United and I told her we did use them for buying our new house. She commented in a very condescending way that s good! I will not lie I have been very short and rude at points because of the lack of communication. We ended up paying the closing amount so we didn t have to deal with her anymore because to us it was clear she wasn t working in our favor. If you want someone to sell your house and work for the buyer she is the person for the job!!

Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to change, I recently found the desire to purchase a home and stop renting. I found Joel Babb by calling to ask about a listing. When making such an important decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust.
Throughout the past few months, Joel has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call, text or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
I now consider Joel a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Joel Babb and his wife Jemima Babb for being such a pleasure to work with!!!

Lisa is a hardworking, responsive and a profession...

Lisa is a hardworking, responsive and a professional realtor. She will work day and night, holidays and weekends for her clients. (Literally was calling me on Christmas Eve). Just as importantly, Lisa is always available for conversation.

I found her after getting nowhere from Bickerstaff & Parham realtor Tammy Pierce. It would take 4 days just for Tammy Pierce to reply back with questions about a property. When I called her office, her own co-workers were trying to get me to see the home with them and one of them even told me she was deceased!

STAY AWAY from Bickerstaff & Parham- read their reviews on Yelp and Google. Over 150 hardworking people took time to share their experiences. 2 reviews on Yelp! Never in my entire life have I read such sad stories about peoples experiences with a real estate agency. I honestly do not know how Allen Parham & Reynolds Bickerstaff can even sleep at night. Such horrible human beings to cultivate a staff of equally incompetent realtors.

Even though the property did not work out for me, Lisa Pound met my expectations and she will meet yours also.

I suppose your home buying experience varies with who your realtor is. With that said, Bo was the absolute best in helping me with my first time home buying experience. I cannot thank him enough for his strong work ethic, professionalism, and kindness. He was there every step of the way for my partner and I. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Due to extenuating circumstances with the pandemic, Bo went above and beyond when we were looking for a home to include video calls, etc. Instead of feeling like a salesperson, Bo felt like a friend - one that had my best interests at heart - as if he was buying the home for himself.

He comes highly recommended! Thank you!

Elizabeth is a very rude woman. Avoid this place like the plague! She thinks her opinions are fact. If you ask her a question that she does not know the answer to, she uses deflection techniques instead of saying she does not know. Pathetic.

Keller Williams needs to treat costumers with integrity and respect and stop attempting to pressuring things that are not true, especially Tiffiney Graham she s not all that she claims to be. She s manipulative and rejects from portraying the truth. Her and her broker, Lisa Scully, backed out of the sales agreement after covering up for each other. Not a legitimate duo!

I'm probably a little biased, but this has been hands down one of my favorite places to work! Agents are excited about training opportunities, the new productivity program is really getting agents moving, and "customers come first" is at the core of the KW belief system. All in all, a great place to do business whether you're an agent or a client.

I had an excellent experience with agent Melissa Brown. She went over and beyond what I ever expected. She work diligently to keep me informed throughout the process. I never had to wonder what was happening. There was never a time I wasn t able to reach her. Even when my nerves got the best of me , she would say it s going to be ok . We love our home and the beautiful personalized gift! Many blessings to you Melissa.

My house has been on the market entirly too long despite following all guidance. It's still currently on the market they set the price, provided feedback weve followed and conducted many showings I think the problem is the agent we initially showed our house to is never actually present to fully describe the property she always sends someone in her place with limited knowledge of the property. Very disappointing considering we were told the average time on the market was 60days and we are at about 140+ days. Read the contract before you sign it. Homes in my area are selling for more than mine in less time despite being fully updated and move in ready. I dont know what their doing.

I hired Heika Horning to complete my short sale. Worst decision ever! She claims she is a short sale specialist however she didn't even have the access she needed to start the short sale process. She does not work for the client only for herself. I did about 90% of the work for her. When I would request an update or ask a question she would not respond to me. I ended up worked with her assistant 99.9% of the time, who only works 2 days a week for only a few hours a day! Many things fell through because of her lack of communication and ended up costing me a lot of time and money!

If this site had a zero rate that s what I would rate it. I had closing in at the end of Nov. 2019. Burdette Property Inspections is the company they used to do the inspection. When I did my final walk through I was having trouble with my dizziness and vertigo so I couldn t climb the attic ladder to check and make sure that electrical wires at the top of the ladder were boxed up. My agent Rachel pulled the ladder down and went up to check for me. She told me the wires had been boxed up. After moving in I found out that about 2/3rods. of my outlets weren t working, mind you there was nothing in the inspection report about outlets not working. I called my home warranty company that I had gotten at purchase and they sent someone out to check it. After having to pay $100.00 for them to come I was told and shown pictures in the attic of exposed and ungrounded wires and none were in boxes! I was also told that the wires had been that way for a while and that it should have been seen at inspection. I have tried and tried to get in touch with my realtors broker Lisa Skully but she isn t responding to me. The sellers agent works for Century 21 and was his sellers brother. No one seems to care about the fact that these companies and people were negligent and pretty much sold a possible death trap. My advice is if you need to purchase a home find a different company other than Keller Williams River City or Century 21. And definitely don t use Burdette Property Inspections!
So in conclusion; if I could give all these companies a ZERO I would!

I would not recommend Joel Babbs as a realtor for first time home owners. He will talk you around a home you like, and work with other investors to compensate for the home twice rather than help. That is just not honest and completely unreliable.

I am so very happy with my new home. Al and Cindy are the most caring and professional people a person could be Blessed to meet. They definitely went above and beyond to help me through this trying ordeal. I would recommend this team to everyone doing Real Estate transactions. I am so thankful to them.
