Barb Whiteside gave me a call about a property that I was interested in looking at. I told her I didn t want to go get the preapproval just yet, because I wanted to see the property first. She then said she couldn t help me because I didn t want to go get preapproved first. She had a poor attitude and put a bad taste in my mouth about EVER working with Keller Willams Realty. Instead of being kind and listening to my needs she made the choice to cheat herself out of a customer.

Sharon Thompson follow thru is none existence. Checking details has been absolutely terrible. She has no idea on most real estate subjects, seldom if ever returns calls or email. Stay as far away from this realtor as you can. The state she take her license. She wants to be a big time realtor but does not work. Comes from academia with no business savoy.

Absolutely the best people in real estate. Professional. Community involvement. Personal. So impressed with their commitment to people.

Annie Hanas has completely mishandled the transaction. She has repeatedly missed deadlines and does not follow through.

They want to go off someone'scredit score instead of their willingness to pay n give them extra money!

Long story short: Molly and Dawn with Above and Beyond Realty were incredible throughout the entire process of buying a new home and selling our previous home. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I cannot recommend them enough.

To start the process they came and met us in our home to give us a rundown of the process. While they were there, they did a walkthrough of our home and provided a punch list of items to complete prior to taking pictures and listing our home for sale. They were able to point out small things that were really easy to change, but made a huge difference in how our home was perceived by potential buyers.
Throughout the entire process Molly and Dawn were both communicative and supportive. Having gone through the home buying process with another realtor previously, I cannot stress enough how much smoother the process was with Molly and Dawn. They were able to be reached at any time of the day whether by phone, text, or an in person meeting.
As far as their ability to help during the buying process, they knocked it out of the park. They were able to navigate the sales process with ease even though we had a difficult time with the seller who had already moved out of state. Despite that wrinkle, they were able to give us a great understanding of the comps in the area and speak knowledgeably about the real estate market in Carmel. With their help, we were able to negotiate a discount on the asking price even and receive some of the previous owner's furniture in the sale as well (including the pool table!)

Trent Wood sold 3 houses and 2 apartment buildings for me, one of those for full price on the first day of the listing. He's earned my 5 stars.
