Beth Marks is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I am moving up to the Cary area from Florida due to being relocated with my job. During the middle of a pandemic along with a new area I ve never been to, it can be extremely overwhelming and nerve wracking. Beth quite honestly took the time to make me feel comfortable and show me around the Wake & Durham County area. Due to the narrow timeline of having to find a new home, Beth helped me find a place that SAME day. Honestly, I don t think I would have been able to do it without her. I am forever grateful for her kindness and transparency!!

If I could give more stars I would. Becky Briggs is an absolute miracle worker. Every problem you could run into buying a home we did. Becky was quick with solutions and strong with her carry through. She has relationships with every business affiliated with buying a home. From septic repair to have to find a new mortgage broker. She always answers her phone or quick to call back. If she didn't know the answer to a question or concern she'd find out that day. Super sweet and still direct. I highly recommend Becky Briggs.
