Erica Mears at KW was an absolute pleasure to work with. We moved to Seattle in early 2019 from So Cal & were looking to buy a house. We saw at least 25+ places before we started working with Erica. Eventually, we bought the third or fourth house we saw together. All the places she showed us were extremely good and included all the minor details we had provider her. She was very responsive to all our queries and went an extra mile to make sure we get our keys on time even though the buyers were little slow to respond. I should have written this review earlier. We wish her the best of luck in future.

Justin Richards was our realtor and he was amazing. We were trying to buy and in every house we visited he was upfront about its flaws, but also always had suggestions for how to fix them. His positive attitude made house-hunting more fun, and he was always super professional, on-time, and prepared. When we were struggling to win bidding wars he found us an off-market opportunity to buy our dream house - we bought it and love it!

We completely did this whole "house buying," thing backwards by finding the house before getting in touch with a Real Estate agent or Mortgage Planner. Luckily, my co-worker had given me his recommendation of contacting Peter because of his recent house buying experience with him. We saw the house we liked Sunday on our first of 3 open houses, called Peter for the first time Monday and met with him later that evening. Between calling, texting and emails, Peter had already completed comp. reports of like houses, setup an offer that looked incredible for us, and was wanting to push an offer Tuesday night around 10:30pm... We told him he could go to bed and submit it in the morning. haha. Peter was very knowledgeable and a pro at explaining the ins and outs of how the process was going to go, what safeties are built into the deal for the buyer, inspection recommendations, and other tricks and tips that obviously came from his expertise. Peter was incredible with communication to let us know what was going on and the next step in the process. He even has fun custom celebration emojis that cracked us up when the offer was accepted, etc... We highly, highly, highly recommend Peter as a real estate agent, and we definitely will keep the recommendation chain going when I hear any of my friends thinking of buying a home! Thank you again!!
