Was contacted by Ms. Cifuentes to perform a sewer repair on the behalf of her client that was selling a home. When the sewer was excavated and exposed the sewer piping exiting the foundation and under the home needed additional work. When contacted Ms.Cifuentes accused me of shady work and refused to pay. She launched a PR campaign and accused me of using profanity. In my 18 years of service I never have been accused like this! I never got paid. Not only is this business dishonest they do not care about the blue collar working man

I've worked with a lot of real estate agents and their brokers before, and for the most part they are all nice enough but really don't go above and beyond, and just do what they need to do for the transaction. I tend to be a little annoying and ask questions about processes and options, and I want feedback from many different point of views. I have a "need" to know as much as I can. Everyone whom I've met in this office has been nothing but smiles and thoughtful with their responses. I can confidently say that I have had a extremely positive experience working with EVERYONE, not just the agents - but the staff as well, and it's quite refreshing to have met a group of great people, from start to finish.

Rented a property with the assistance of a realtor named Sarina Amersi. She was involved in the lease signing. I had several questions about the lease, since the property is under construction. I asked for language changes in the lease, including removing the fact that the property could become inhabitable. She assured me I was protected before we signed. When my mother and I moved in, we discovered that we were in an unsafe situation, with poor air quality, fire hazards, no lighting, and water leakage. When I tried to ask Sarina for help, she told me to call 311, and then stopped answering calls. She, and this company, will soon be involved in legal action. When I called her boss, she hung up on me. I would advise you NOT to do business with this company.

Absolutely horrible. If you are in duress and under pressure to sell. DO NOT USE L'MAR or MARTIN ENSBURY!! They will meet with your lender while they are currently listed with you to secure the listing after you get foreclosed on. L'mar also spoke with all the potential buyers alone without their their broker present and admitted to getting their contact information even though they are working with a broker. These guys are horrible, Run.

This place is wonderful. Beautiful office and great agents!

Received a call from an agent and told him that I was busy working (called my work number) and started to state can you call me later. He rudely states am I working and I said what he stated "what did I think he wasn't working and that I was rude if I didn't want to take call". It was 11:00 am I am sorry even though I am looking for a home I need the job to pay for it. I will never work with anyone from this company. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very nice place for business. Several floors of parking, unfortunately the elevators as of November 5th are down so I'd try to park as close to the range level as you're interest lays on at the current time.

10/10 wouldn't reccomend.

The realtor I worked with, was not too knowledgeable about California market and the difference between apartment contracts and real estate. I did ask alot of questions as the process for renting felt more like purchasing a home rather than renting one. Which the realtor informed me of. Why I am giving a 1 star is because at one point the retirement said I was being aggressive to my covenant. Agressive for asking clarifying questions. So I would never use Suzanne Galvan, ever again. If you are knot knowledgeable definitely seek someone who has patient and is able to clearly reticulated themselves so t you are undemanding everything in dept. Not someone who will say "this is the common California contract, just sign it.
