Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with listing agent Jeffrey Slanker. I would reconsider listing with someone that is actually 100% involved in their client's interest. Not only does Jeffrey not host all of his own open houses which is common for KW listings he is also very disconnected with what is happening in his day to day business.

The process of disclosing information to other agents that directly poach clients that are currently under contract with a listing is beyond unprofessional!

Selling your house should be an easy process with any seasoned agent as long as you run an ethical shop! I have always thought highly of Keller Williams as they provide real estate agents with amazing training if they follow the system. Maybe times have changed were the KW brand believes in quantity over quality! I would think twice, actually only once before listing your home with a relatively new agent like Jeffrey Slanker who seems to run his business closest to HIS Dollar!

Over the course of about 5 years that I have tried to make contact with agents when needing to move. I haven't not ever been able to get on to actually communicate with me like they should. I don't think I should constantly blow them up just to be on the same page. I couldn't feel like I'm begging for their services! How unprofessional is that?

Simply put, Ruthie Shelton is THE BOMB! We couldn't be happier with our interaction from start to fish and beyond with Ruthie! Since day one, when we were going to open houses to see what we liked, she was honest and personable. There were many realtors we interacted with, but there was just something about Ruthie that gave us security and confidence. When we were ready to move forward, we contacted her and I can happily say we are so glad to be in our new home as first time home buyers! Ruthie cares about her clients and will be upfront with her concerns and suggestions. I never felt she was trying to sell us something we didn't need or want. All of her suggestions were on point, and I truly feel we got a great value overall, including financing. She was there every step of the way with a lifetime of knowledge, and we felt like she had our backs in everything we did. She is, on top of everything, so sweet and caring, we consider her part of the family.

Realtor helpful even when she was running the front desk and busy answering other calls. I'm moving to Austin from out of state and this process has been very stressful. So far, Adrienne sent MANY listings to me within 10 minutes of first calling her for rentals in the area! I will rate again after I've established a rental.

Kyle Bertels is a very nice real estate agent. He was available and very chill throughout the entire process. He was easy to reach and knowledgeable or able to get an answer quick regardless of time. I didn't feel pushed or steered towards something nor somewhere I didn't want. I appreciated the easygoing non aggressive approach from him.

KW is a glorified multi-level marketing scheme. Someone had to say it. Agents seem more focused on recruiting other agents than buying/selling real estate. Gary Keller is a genius no doubt about that.
