less than honest. If you are looking to buy or sell look for professional service elsewhere. I own 4 houses, looking to buy more but won't do business with any KW franchise after dealing with these clowns.

Closed on a house here, and we (fortunately) had this location for both buyer/seller. Staff are very helpful, easily got us going for the close. Very organized and knowledgeable. Very safe too, lots of hand sanitizer to go around, 6ft distance opportunities even in the conference rooms. Never realized how much of a hassle closing can be, and this place made the hassle non-existant - - a very good experience! Highly recommended!

My family has been looking for a house for 3 months put in 4 bids we did not get any of them. Seems like they do it on their own time only when it s convenient for them. Not very aggressive while putting offer on a house. Very disappointed.

We have been looking for a home for the past 3 month and came across one where the owners were working with KW chesterfield . In the first stages of the process everything was great, most online paperwork went fine no problems ( because KW wasn't involved) but, as soon as we reached the final stages of signing the papers and finding out a date for moving in , everything seemed to fall apart.

Our realtor ( buying side) tried numerous times to contact their realtor ( selling side ) to find out an exact date for our move ( because we are RENTING) but, with no luck. No response for almost a week from their realtor( selling side KW) and then all the sudden on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM their realtor decides to text back with a day which ended up not even being the exact date( and this cycle repeated 3 times). Now, we are still waiting to see if they can finally hold up their end of the deal .

All in all the communications between seller and buyer sucks due to this annoying factor of her not picking up the phone.

Very nice, professional looking, clean office. Staff was wonderful. Great real estate company. Highly recommend. Real estate company looked out for our interests.
