Joel and Nancy sold us our first home and they are literally the best and sweetest real estate agents you could ever ask for. They are VERY professional, took the time to explain everything to us 150%, and stayed on top of the sellers retailer when they kept stalling due to tenants in the house. We met our closing date and we didn't pay a cent more than we were prepared to. A++, will come to them for our next home purchase! These guys deserve all the love and success they get. <3

Best Real Estate Company in Des Moines, Iowa. Their agents know the business and the market. They are skilled at solving problems that arise during the buying and selling process. They know what it takes to get a home sold. They are well trained. There are larger companies in Iowa, but don't size is just a number. KW is simply the best company to use to buy or sell real estate in Iowa.

I have worked with Rochelle and the Burnett team to purchase my condo, as well as when later selling that condo and purchasing a house. Working with Rochelle is always a pleasure -- both Rochelle and her team are extremely professional, but also fun! They listen to what you want/need, but also do a good job in giving you the real facts, so you won't waste your time. They were extremely accommodating, while being smart and safe, during selling/buying through COVID-19. Rochelle came recommended to me, and I've recommended her team to several individuals-- they have never disappointed, and I will always have her as my number 1 call for real estate.

It has been a year now since we worked with Jesse Kern to find our first home. Jesse did an amazing job listening to our wants/needs and made it extremely easy to schedule showings. Ultimately we found our PERFECT first home and can't thank him enough for all of his help and knowledge he provided throught the entire process. We have some years left to make memories in this home, but will definitely be working with Jesse in the future as our family grows.

Doug Burnett from Keller Williams was the realtor for a house my husband and I had put an offer on. After a bidding war, we were told our offer was the highest and that the buyers were accepting. However, just as we were signing their acceptance offer, we were called (only about 10 minutes later) and informed that they got a last minute offer and were going with that one and not ours anymore. Since the buyers had accepted our offer, Doug should not have passed along the offer that came in late after they accepted ours. Doug is the head of Keller Williams in Des Moines, so I can only imagine what other unethical things happen working with this real estate company. I strongly recommend avoiding working with Keller Williams, and especially Doug Burnett, since they do very shady work.

Christopher Lewis is definitely the realtor to go thru when looking for a home anywhere in and around the Des Moines area. He went well over the high expectations you'd expect from any real estate agency. I moved from out of state, and always felt confident and comfortable knowing Chris was taking care of everything. Even after moving in, I know I can contact Chris for anything, here's always more than willing to help out any go above and beyond. If you don't want to regret picking the wrong agent, choose Chris Lewis, I promise you won't regret it. (I never write reviews, but Chris deserves it with his work ethic and everything he did for me and my family during this hard transition for us)

My wife and I are looking to move and was searching online for a real estate agent. After doing some reviews, I came across a real estate agent based out of Des Moines that seems to be of a concern, which I would not trust to sell my house!

I have been a real estate agent before for roughly 5 years and was very professional at what I did for my client and also watched what I posted on social media.

The real estate agent used Keller Williams as his Facebook page main picture but then placed a picture of him and other people at a bar with alcohol in some of the people's hands.

I highly doubt that Keller Williams would not approve that this real estate agent would have their name on his Facebook page along with a distasteful picture on Facebook. I would assume this is not Keller Williams Vision and Values statement and would highly disapprove of this.

If I was Keller Williams HR Department, I would be speaking with Evan Corey, there so called real estate agent.

I recently moved to Des Moines, IA from out of state and Hannah did an exceptional job at facilitating our needs. The move was stressful enough so it was nice knowing that our agent held our best interest, thank you!

Kayla Zirkle is my realtor. She is truly great and you can see that in her passion for wanting to help people in any way she can. My wife and I were looking into refinancing are mortgage but needed to know what to suspect to get before pulling the trigger on it. Kayla hit it right on the money. I would recommend her to anybody looking to sale or buy a home. She will make you feel like you are her only client and that is hard to come by.
