When I first got a call from Paul I was trying to sell my home myself, I let him give me his phone pitch about a listing agent coming out. I told him not now and to call me in two weeks, I didn't actually think he would. Two weeks later I get a call and I reluctantly agreed to let their agent Jamie come to my house. I'm genuinely glad that I did, I had been trying to sell my home for 53 days before then, I had dropped my price three times $15,000 less than I originally wanted. I ended up listing my home with them and within 6 days my home sold for the price I originally wanted! The entire time this was going on I was also shopping for a new home, I decided to let them help with this as well. Within just a few weeks Josh had me moving into my new home well before I had to leave the home they sold for me. They're a persistent group of people at Keller Williams and I'm sure glad they are, it was by far the best experience I've had in the world of real estate.

I wouldn't use these guys if they were the last realty place in fargo!!!!! I have had my house on a couple sites to sell it on my own. In the one month i had it on there i have had over 10 people from that company call me. Most of them are rude as hell when you tell them you don't want to use them. they call you when you are at work and then you dont answer the phone they call you 10 more times untill you do answer.

Josh Pederson was an amazing realtor!! He was always there to answer questions and concerns plus answered texts and phone calls promptly! If you need someone that works hard and gives you a 120%, ask for Josh to help you out! Thanks Josh for all your help.

This truly was one of the best experiences I have had with making a large purchase. Matt Molldrem did phenomenal job helping us find our first home!
