Wow, I've done a few RE transactions in my life but Keller Williams Greater Cleveland never delivered a good experience.

The last one was particularly bad, the buying agent snuck in an unexpected amendment into the contract which cost me $1,500 and never got back to me on it.

Much worse, managers and brokers didn't even reply to my messages, nobody is accountable.

I will never do business with Keller Williams Greater Cleveland again and I'd advice anybody to do the same. I've had four interaction with them so far and all have been outstandingly terrible and unprofessional.

Great people and always greeted with a smile! KW has the best business models and Industry leading technology and training!! There is no other real estate brokerage I would work with!

The realtor Tim Ambrose who represented the seller of property I was purchasing was unprofessional. He clearly cares basically about himself and is not above being shady to meet his needs. I was successful with the the purchase because I was proactive, he wasn't even aware the day we closed because he was trying to delay the process.

This is a 5 star office! Wonderful group of agents and staff. I would highly recommend!!

If I ever need a new house or to sell mine I will be back. Going in, my wife and I had no idea what were doing. Tim Cline talked to us and explained everything and answered every question. Jeri Shaffer is absolutely incredible. Day or night if I texted her with concerns or questions she would get back to me quickly, was very patient when we were looking, and would even suggest houses for us that she was looking at for herself and said, "I thought it might actually fit you two better."

Could not be happier with this company. Landing amongst a group of people with such high moral integrity and character has been a tremendous blessing. If your looking for help with your real estate needs I would HIGHLY recommend searching here!!!

Finally received an email in response to my original, only after forwarding it to the Team Leader, Shannon Gerome. She was Extremely condescending and dismissive of my concerns. After living in my home for 26 years, I was hoping to work with a professional office. Keller Williams of Greater Cleveland Norheast, was anything but that.

I was interested in a property for sale and also it was for lease this guy name Rick must have had a bad day. worst response from this guy, we asked him few questions about the property and this guy response was don t waste our time ! YOU GUYS GOT NOTHING TO DO !

My husband and I contacted one of your agents several times regarding properties and have not received response.
