Ben Martin is an awfully agent. He is very rude and openly short sighted. He has no business dealing with customers.
Ask for Paul Chopra! Paul was amazing he all but held our hands through the entire process of buying our first home! We came to him in early February and by the end of April we will be moving into our new home! He took the time to talk to us and teach us the ropes...not to mention took the time with all of the homes we saw! If we ever have need for a realtor it will be Paul everytime!

We made an offer on a house he listed and kept us waiting for 4 days before telling us no. He also showed up to the home without a mask and remained within 6 of us the entire time. The disappointing and unprofessional part is that he kept telling us misleading things. He said, the offer looks great! and if you can be patient, it would be in your best interest.
We put the offer in on a Friday. He told us he would let us know Saturday by 11am. Then he pushed it up to Saturday at 5pm. Then he stopped answering our calls and text. He finally told us through a text that we did not get the house.

I listed my home with the owner of this place. I changed my mind about selling my home and wanted to cancel and Bryan the owner, wouldn't let me cancel my contract even though it said I could cancel within 3 days!!! Do not go here or deal with Bryan Martin!!! Bad service!!!
I'll start this by saying I havent actually been here myself, however either someone gave them the wrong number or they somehow got my phone number and absolute blew up my phone for at least an hour! I got 3 text messages in the same minute then followed by a call the next, 2 more calls later I answered and told them I was not who they were looking for and did not know the person. A second after the call they called again, when I answered they hung up on me on hearing my voice. I had to block 4 separate numbers all calling and texting about the same thing, I actually thought it was a scam at the beginning which is why I didn't answer, but I am still receiving calls and texts after telling them it was wrong. Not only is this incredibly annoying, but I wouldn't want this even if i was a customer, its hounding your clients which is probably why whoever Gabriel is gave you the wrong number, also thanks for that one Gabriel. All numbers are blocked now but unfortunately I still see their voicemails, hopefully they catch on.
Edit: Day 2. Call count is now 7 with 3 new calls today -_-
Day 3. Got 2 more calls but was able to answer the second to once again tell them I'm not gabriel, have not received anything else since, hopefully we're all done, I'm bumping the rating to 2 stars just because they finally listened. (Side note, I texted them in response before this and that was met with no answer at all)
