Enamored with service! We not only had three over asking offers the day after listing, but we had an agent, Mave Hiegel, whom went over and above during one of the most critical pandemics publicized in my lifetime....from homemade masks, to depleting her footie stock for safety as potential buyers viewed the property, to homemade sanitizer when even Amazon was out of stock, expediting a VA loan to close in THREE WEEKS!!! to leaving appraisers and buyers all the things needed for a successful sale and easy transaction. We actually met the buyers and to our knowledge they loved how well the sale went. Can t say enough kind things about Mave whom made us feel like we were the only clients in the world! She knocked it out of the park. Did I mention I have my real estate license and we still used Mrs. Hiegel, what else can I say?

Attend a new member orientation for my friend. Such a great training. Fyi there is a smoking section on the upper patio are but no smoking in the building. Such a great training and it was very impressive environment. The only other environment that is more impressive is the current low interest rate environment we are in. A big shout out to Edwena Potter who just handled our home sale in Stonehill Farms. Fastest process we've EVER encountered. A total of 8 weeks start to finish! From our first meeting with her in January.... to a contract in 10 days after going on market then to close 13 days later with proceeds in the bank same day. Plus she drove approximately two hours in today's horrible weather to pick up our closing documents and deliver them back to the Title Company in Flower Mound since we had already moved and for dispersement to take place.
