If Ahmad Nasr is the defining example if you will choose to work with KW Beverly Hills, run the other way. He was asked to fill out an application, which he did, but lied on many parts of it. Every time we asked for more proof, he said "lets talk about it over the phone" in an attempt to not have it in writing. He lied on his listed employment, listed himself as his own supervisor, lied on his income. Terrible business man, I can only imagine how terrible his brokerage services are!
Theo Petelov has been my go-to realtor for a couple of years now. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and proactive. I m glad to see that he joined Keller Williams Beverly Hills and I can t wait to use his services again. Highly recommended for international clients!

Highly recommend working with the Robert E. Howell Group at Keller Williams Beverly Hills. Their marketing and negotiating skills are the best I've ever witnessed. I have friends who have listed for a year with another realtor and let their listing expire. I referred them the Robert E. Howell Group and they were in escrow within 2-3 weeks. I can tell Robert sincerely cares and they put their clients first.
I would not do business with this office. They are deceptive on there prices. They list one thing online and tell you something different when you contact them. They are also very rude and condescending if you are to speak with them. Vlad & Natalia Gold insulted my intelligence and degraded me. This has to be the worst costumer service I have ever encountered.
This organization is responsible for cold calling cell phones of owners in our neighborhood, lying with the statement "a buyer noted your property" , and attempting to capture listings. They call evening and weekends. I will never work with this group.
