Bought my Ranger from here about 4 months ago and was having some issues with the suspension I called up Keller Bros and had the pleasure of speaking with Jeff the service manager and he took amazing care of me and my truck! Even gave me a loaner so I could get to work and worked with me on finding the best plan to handle the repairs. Jeff was extremely transparent and thorough in his communication and handled all of my concerns very well. Everyone I have interacted with here have been kind, professional, and helpful. I had no issues expressing what I needed because I knew they would work with me. My wife and I have had a great experience here and they have been far better than any other dealership we have interacted with thus far.

I have been taking my car to Keller Bros. Ford for 5 years. I chose them first for convenience to home, but I have stayed with them because of professional service and great customer service. They LISTEN to my concerns and preferences, communicate clearly the options available, discuss costs involved in repairs and follow up with any questions along the way. I choose to hang onto my 2006 Ford Freestyle because I bought it used, had Ford repair some major items on it and I like everything about it.
I recently had many maintenance items taken care of over a 3 week period. They provided me a loaner car for those 3 weeks, no extra charge, and kept communication lines open during this time to be sure everything was taken care of I wanted done and they worked at saving me money as a regular customer bringing them business and having a lot of things done at one time. This package repair saved me labor costs being done all at the same time and they saved me money overall considering the extensive work they completed for me. I m thankful and my son who was involved in some of the discussions is very impressed with Ford too! Thanks Keller Bros team! I appreciate all you have done! I invited Keller Bros to put their business plate on the front of my car to replace something else to thank them and advertise for them. I d recommend them to you.
