Asked for help with home purchase. Emailed a short list of properties we were interested in even went to their office and reviewed homes to look at. There was absolutely no follow up from anyone. After calling three times and being give an excuse each time ranging from being out of the office or referring to another agent or other agent not being aware they were supposed to follow up. Very poor customer service by this real estate company.
