I'm so glad I found this company. They did two jobs for me and I was very happy with the work. I had some walls repaired and baseboards installed. I will definitely be using them in the future for other jobs.
My wife and I decided to update our 1950's kitchen and create an open floor plan of the main floor of our home. This entailed a considerable amount of work to be done. Walls were eliminated & built, electrical & plumbing replaced. A complete make-over. Drywall, paint, flooring, ceramic tile. The vision this company has, to take an idea of a customer and bring it to life is amazing. Dan replaced a load bearing wall with a beam across the ceiling and built a 4' wall around the stairs to our basement, which looks beautiful with a custom wood top. It's one thing to have a vision and pick out, tile, flooring and appliances, it's another thing to see everything together. I cannot speak enough about the personal touch they put on my kitchen. My home just increased it's value by $40,00 -50,000!! Everyday they made sure my house was clean when they were done for the day. Dan's lead guy Ahmed is nothing short of an amazing craftsman and extremely pleasant to talk to. Keenan Co. will receive any referral that comes my way. My home looks unrecognizably gorgeous, thanks to the hard work and attention to detail from the Keenan Co. Just in time for Thanksgiving!!
Very pleased with the 2 jobs Keenan craftsman performed for us, the painting of a large exterior deck, & the painting of a large interior space that included walls, ceilings, trim & doors. The workmen were skilled, professional, friendly, on-time. The communication company-to-customer was excellent, including visits, calls, text messaging & email. Pricing is very competitive.
I used them to do some brick repair on my porch and steps as well as paint shutters on the outside of my house. They were wonderful to work with and the job was well done! I am super happy with the finished product and will be using them for future work.

The Keenans have helped almost completely remodel our house from fixing up the basement for a workout space and reinforcing the ceiling joists, to painting bedrooms and other smaller projects, to building a back deck, gutting, updating, and remodeling both bathroom, to a total kitchen remodel we ve been thrilled with their work every time. They landscape our yard in the summer and plow the driveway (and shovel the deck) in the winter.
They are always professional, never late, and are meticulous in making sure the job is done right. I feel like they are part of our family, and they always arrive with smiles and a great attitude!
