They would rather kick a resident out instead of fixing the problems their residents have with staff

If I had the option to not choose any stars I would. Don t put your loved ones here. Don t work here don t anything! This place should have been shut down by the state years ago and somehow it s still operating. Completely understaffed and no organization. Not clean, no linens. I feel bad for patients that have to live there. This place is in no shape to be considered a nursing home. So sad.

Both my parents live here. The faculty has been remodeled. As a nurse myself, I m happy with the care they receive. It s a great fit for them.
Cons- never family focused acvitiies- no Halloween parties, or Christmas parties for the residents.

Wow, unbelievable is all I can say. Don t bother calling to check on your loved one here. You hardly ever get a call back. Also, I feel for you if your loved one is dying and you are lied to about their condition. And when asking the next morning if the loved one is ok, being told she is probably still alive . There are a select few whom actually care about the residents and for them I am thankful. It s a shame that because people don t have a lot of money they get treated like they are nothing. I honestly am at a loss for words on how cold and callus this facility is ran. I m so saddened that my mother in her last days is being treated the way she is and her family is just a non existent importance factor in how she and we are treated. I m so upset. So disappointed and just disgusted on how this place is operated.

Extra information... mom passed away. And although the people there that night were nicer about it. I m frustrated they let me be there as long as I wanted after she passed but only a 30 min visit once in a year while she was alive. I was Robbed of sweet time with my mom that I ll NEVER be able to get back. The policies and procedures in this place desperately need changed.

Best care there is. Take well care of my mom. She loves it there. They have renovate the place and it is really nice. They have activites for them to do. Keep them busy. The staff and administrator are great people. They treat her like family. I am there quite offten even surprise vists. Everyone of the patients are well taken care. They recieve there baths, meds on a daily basis. And most of all well loved. If something happen to mom they
always call and let me know no matter the time of day.

This facility is a national security front. Their real business is evaluating young men who fit a certain personality profile (intelligent / aloof / technology-oriented) for loyalty to the "deep state".

This facility specializes in seeing how people react to provocation. You will notice the residents will follow you around so you are always being watched. You will also notice that certain members of the low-level staff are overqualified. Watch out for that male LPN in the office and that older STNA who does the orientation - he pretends to be from Kentucky but speaks in a Brooklyn accent. He is actually ethnic Ukrainian.

Part of their strategy to evaluate people is to recapitulate behaviors you have been seen exhibiting in the past - styles of dressing, manner, unusual preferences in material tastes, etc. You will see certain members of the staff will "mirror" or "re-enact" things you have done in the past. This is how they evaluate how you react to stress, try to unsettle you.

If you are a young, intelligent man do not work here. You may think it is a real workplace, but as you see more of the tests, the steady revolving door as they evaluate people, you'll realize, yeah, this facility is really a national security front run by the CIA.

This is my favorite SNF to work with. The staff truly cares about the whole patient, with compassion. I would feel comfortable bringing my loved ones to the team at Butler Care Center!

This place is a disgrace. The employees there don't know what they are doing and do not care about the people they are supposed to be tending to. Giving this place one star is painful but you can't give any less than that. To have the word "care" in their title is laughable. They push people out the door when they don't feel like dealing with them anymore instead of caring for them as they should. This place is an absolute joke!

The lies that these positive reviews tell!! LISA, AMY, AND RAY ARE EMPLOYEES OR CORPORATE MEMBERS. THIS PLACE IS NOT REMODELED. AND CAROL I HOPE YOU DIDN'T PUT YOUR MOTHER IN HERE. All you have to do is actually go to the place to see it for yourself. It is honestly one of the absolute WORST places to visit, stay, work etc etc etc... It has a prison atmosphere. The environment is cold and just plain dirty and you don't want to touch anything in there. Like, I am not sure how this place is even allowed to operate. Like, what even.. I am at a loss for words rn.. I honestly do not know. It is a place that would be featured in a scary movie. Ugh, just UUGGHH.
