Kris and his team were efficient, on time and did an incredible job of transforming our backyard and front of our house. In one week we had a drive way, decking on our portico, a slab for our shed, some fake grass for our trampoline, garden beds and a backyard full of beautiful green grass. Kris gave great advice and we were really impressed with The way they got the job done from start to finish. Thanks for such a great experience!

I had my garden landscaped less than a month ago and I am so let down and disappointed by KD landscapes. My back garden is flooding and the turf is dying due to the landscaper not installing a drainage. Something so simple that should have been incorporated if the landscaper was able to plan a job right. It means nothing when the garden looks good for about 2 weeks and then after that starts to flood and consequently plants and grass deteriorating. As a landscaper I expected a long term well planned garden not something that would flood and become a swamp after only 4 weeks. Instead of waking up and opening the curtains to enjoy my new garden, I look at it every day and I am worried about the plant s health as I am slowly watching everything get waterlogged. You were happy to assist us before you got paid and as soon as you did, you wiped your hands of us and wanted nothing to do with rectifying the problem for us. I expected more from this company and at the least a follow up on how to move forward to fix it, however got nothing and was told there s nothing they can do. No ownership of the problem which is very poor customer service to say the least. Stay away!!! Would rate this service 0 stars.
