Have bought a Volvo and the day after the car was defective, leak in the coolant bowel. It has been sold with warranty, however, they do not want to intervene in the costs because the procedure was not followed.
We have never been informed that a procedure had to be followed first to obtain the warranty. So pure deception.

KBC autolease is just a terrible company to deal with with a total lack of customer care . They get things wrong all the time , no matter what it is , when ordering a car , when you take over the car at end of the lease or most recently when getting a fuel card. I have in the meantime done 11000Km and my new fuel card has not yet been delivered.

I do not know what their customers are experiencing, but I can not imagine that such a large leasing company only has dissatisfied customers. I hope they will be appreciated for their service.

Using the very serious KBC bank name should not be allowed for this company which has no respect for its potential customers. Monitoring and communication are completely absent. After I managed to speak to someone who had promised me a quick, written response, I heard no more. I made several emails and several other phone calls, all of which were unsuccessful. I ended up going to another leasing company.

Plus their cars are way too expensive and more than that they will try to give you some cheap cars sold as premium. Definetely I can't recommend it.
