KBC autolease is just a terrible company to deal with with a total lack of customer care . They get things wrong all the time , no matter what it is , when ordering a car , when you take over the car at end of the lease or most recently when getting a fuel card. I have in the meantime done 11000Km and my new fuel card has not yet been delivered.
KBC Mgmt : i am driving 1UXC248 and would welcome a conversation.
