Very nice and large community place! Nice staff. I had to rent a wheelchair. Would've rather had access to a knee scooter or an electric chair. Nonetheless, I was ultimately grateful to have the assistance, due to the circumstances that I was facing.

Beautiful Conference Center, but quite a hike for even the average people. Water fountains were disabled to encourage us to buy high priced water and water filling stations were always empty.

I work just a couple of blocks away, but when I had to go to KBH CC for a meeting, It's very difficult to decipher where you are supposed to go. In addition, my phone got 4 bars inside the building, but the connection was still awful. Is it a coincidence that their WiFi is $85/day?

What can I say it's a sporting venue. Prices are outrageous for the fact we were going to watch cheerleaders perform. 20 bucks a person is a little steep just to get in the doors. 35 bucks a person for a 2 day event.

It's not the Omni, but I was grateful for what was provided. The staff could be less grumpy and more assistance than a authorative figure. I understand there is a pandemic going on, and housing those in need may be sometimes demanding. However, if your staff is burned out, find this who WANT to help, not this who HAVE to help. There is a difference.

Huge place. It's big. Great for large events. Impossible to drop off and pickup handicapped friend who is blind. Got harrassed by police/security for event because I had to stop by the building to let blind friend get in the car.

Good place to work, I would suggest Centerplate, you can be a Concession Runner and get a bunch of overtime or get TABC certified and get paid more doing Banquets. Food jobs have to feed employees, so you get fed well and everything. They also hire from a bunch of temp agencies, so you can work here through a few different temp agencies. There is a DART train that goes directly to here and it connects to the Omni, which lights up usually to reflect events happening in the Convention Center.

There is a big Safari Club event, a Mary Kay event, a bunch of Company events like O'Reilly and Budweiser and 3D printing, there was a Small Business event, Construction event, Volleyball, Cheerleading, and when Hurricaine Harvey happened, the Parking garage that is almost as big as the Event Hall, was used to house Refugees like a little city.

It is a massive building. And there is a Graveyard in front of the part that was built in the 1960s, called the "Pioneer Graveyard", but it is a Confederate Freemason Graveyard. And there is a Giant Confederate Monument with 4 Statues and a Spire or Obelesk, an Ode to the Confederacy carved on each of the 4 sides. And I can't believe it is there. A new Company bought the Convention Center and they should tear it down.
