Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas Review

It was a blast a must-see show you must go if you never been I loved it and I will be going back all the time

I came here for an expo. Good parking and clean venue. Ok food selection, do not expect much, but good healthy options too. I even had an employee offer to take my tray after I finished eating.

Pretty awesome motorcycle expo. Parking and drinks were waaaaaaaaay over priced

Bring your walking shoes; this place is huge! Nice facility that is properly maintained. Bathrooms are constantly cleaned throughout the day

Great venue for event. Plenty of rooms. Some were a bit small for given panels, but very clean and kept ice cold!

It was a very nice building yet confusing because of how they had it set up

The bathrooms need updating, but the biggest issue is parking. We were here for NCAs and the parking is awful. The lots aren t attended, there is one pay machine in a huge lot that doesn t accept credit cards and doesn t give change. There was a huge line to pay. The system needs to be updated not only technologically but also to adequately serve the large number of guests the center holds. If you re going to have a huge facility that holds thousands of people, update it to conveniently serve the people attending.

It's a convention center it's an organized hard to find parking too expensive but it works

I was in the shelter they had set up and I found out that that place is like two football fields.

Went to a comedy show at TBAAL (The Black Academy of Arts and Letters). They are located in a section of the convention center. Great facility!!

Great facilities but parking is $15 - $20. Ride the train.

it was huge convention center with many conference rooms. You can get easily lost during parking or walking around it if you are new. Also I did not find any cafe or restaurant and it's quite a walk to go to nearest restaurant.

Parts of the place could sure use a makeover, but overall a pleasant experience and plenty of space to hold virtually any event. Take advantage of the garage parking, which came in handy on a rainy day.

Great place but you cannot buy any vending items in the hotel. Room service only.

GATS is a blast with tons of free stuff. At the KBH Convention center!!

Convention center was clean and easily accessible from Dallas Omni Hotel.

Giant venue! Not always the easiest to navigate around. Some of the signage is outdated.

Attended a graduation event here. The place is huge, bit too far from parking, so lots of walking to get in and out.

Such a great venue. The place is ginormous and accommodated 3 huge events on the same weekend. The place was nice and cold while the outside temperature was above 100 degrees. Lot's of restrooms all around so you don't have to walk far to use them. My only gripe is the $15 a day parking fee!

Kay Bailey Convention Center was a blessing. With all the shelters in Dallas closing without notice on March 8, 2020 the homeless population had nowhere else to turn to for shelter or food. I am eternally grateful to the City of Dallas for their compassion.

Plenty of Professional Space for Any type of Convention

Mary Kay Cosmetics had their 2018 Annual Seminar here. I had an amazing experience. Met top performers from all over the United States, and invited top performers from overseas... Norway and Sweden. Attended coaching classes taught by Top Sales Directors and National Sales Directors. Saw the unveiling of new products. The introduction of the new cars that can be earned...a Mini Cooper, a Traverse and several others. Then in the evening, we saw the newly sashed achievers. From the Princess Court of Sales to the Queen Court of Sales. The new Sales Directors and who earned a car. The Sales Achievements of Directors and their total dollar amounts achieved. It was a busy busy time. The whole week felt like one big party!!!

Needs to update the bathrooms. Kinda felt like prison in the bathrooms

We worked there for a corporate event and, as a venue, this is the perfect place for a Convention. Its friendly and accommodating staff really makes a difference!

Comic Con is always a great time! Need to use more of the convention center though...it gets packed.

Sleeping in the garage from being evacuated from Harvey hurricane was crazy. Was very cold and disease zone.

The convention center itself is fine, it's the bathrooms that are disgusting. I mean I've seen gas stations with cleaner better bathrooms than that.

It's a convention center with all the services a convention center has.

Here for an event the venue was clean well ventilated and had a convenient loading dock.

Attended Mecum auction this week. Massive facility with easy parking and building access. Very clean restrooms and nice staff.

Nice place and visit only when the the Dallas Auto Show is setup.

This years dental convention. Our entire team took advantage of this Dallas trip. We had a blast and the convention center workers kept everything so amazingly clean and they were so well informed about the city events. Good job and again good job.

Huge convention space, well air-conditioned in the summer heat. There isn t much within a short walk in terms of food/coffee.

Big enough to handle a big conference but get to sessions early bc the Fire Marshall checks rooms. (This is a good thing, safety first ).
