It is a shame for these retail chains that you as a wheelchair user in Leipzig Paunsdorf does not come to the upper floor. There is no elevator. As a disabled person you are excluded from everything. At the entrance a sign should be attached, which prohibits shopping for wheelchair users. Discrimination in its highest form. Hygiene leaves something to be desired! Many articles wrongly labeled! Items are pulled off incorrectly at the checkout, often moldy despite the Champions label! Lettuce often wilted. Complaints about the info are played down! If the complaint was made that there was a different price on the shelf, the sign was simply removed and it was denied that there was a cheaper price before!

I stay at 3 stars because what the most
annoying me are the changes in the corridors are not enough conspicuous and
the service at the cash register. The staff is very friendly, the speed is ok, but be hunted away when the basket, or the shopping bag is not ready means for me that I'm not important enough as a customer. Huge 12,000 sqm sales area. The previous reviews that the mask requirement is increasingly not met, I could not confirm in my 2 hours stay. Very well sorted and tidy (despite the size!).
