The company Kaufland should invest in training their employees instead of in any pointless projects ... it does not matter if the staff at the snack bar, up in the restaurant or the conceited and arrogant cashiers all do not feel like working ... what is forgotten and all too often that they would get no salary without us ... the boss of the snack states in the parking lot with his fat Porsche. If we go to the takeaway to buy something to eat it is either this and that is empty or we have 2 before 21 o'clock the cashier is already closed we do not sell anymore ... the staff at the empties literally insult their customers ... myself work in the service industry and have to do even with people and some people nerves really extreme but you can not leave the bad mood or his frustration on other people this is a NO-GO!
