Bait and Switch
Regarding the treadmill itself, it seems to be OK other than one sensor not connecting. The workaround is to use the controller to move as it is the main sensor that seemingly reads the direction I'm facing. Also, this treadmill does not work with many or even most Meta games (at least the 25 or so games I've purchased), so it is not as compatible as they make it out to be. Usually I would contact support for help, but as you'll read, I don't believe that would be a fruitful endeavor.
Overall, this company has been a complete nightmare to deal with. I placed my order mid-November of 2025 and was dazzled by promises of free items with purchase. I was promised a one-year Meta Horizon subscription, shoes, Meta 3s headset and a Loco S. While I received the treadmill somewhat quickly, over a month passed and there was no sign of anything else being shipped. First time I contacted support, I was told they were not going to ship the items at all. Then, the second time I contacted, they said they would, but not until after the 30 day return window closed, which is somewhat understandable. Once that closed, I contacted again and they said everything would ship. However, today (around December 20, 2025) I received the shoes and a Loco S with, of course, no sign or tracking information for anything else.
Customer service was somewhat rude too when I contacted inquiring about the free things. As if somehow I am not owed them. I would not recommend ordering from them at all.
1/28/26 update
I still have not received the Meta 3S they promised. Today when I contacted customer support I was told that I will not receive it and that my order does not qualify. It is on the order confirmation, receipt, and tracking. This is the pure definition of bait and switch. Regarding the promised Meta Horizon gift card too, I was told today that their intention was always to send an Amazon gift card (completely different company) but they didn't have any in stock, so they instead offered and sent $60 in Steam cards.
I would also suggest you take note too of the extremely unhelpful response from them below this review too. I would further note their method of correcting the issue is to suddenly decide my order doesn't qualify for what was promised. Seems they do not care to have repeat
