I had this place do my 2017 taxes and got a letter from the IRS 6 mos. later stating I still owed $517. The IRS didn't even accept my 2016 tax return that this place did.

To make it worse, this place (Mr. Ramos) charged me over $450 for simple 1040 filing that is free online, literally took him less than an hour. I tried to do my taxes locally to support individuals, but I'm going back online from here on out.

Accounting Management Services are on the ball, they have helped me grow my business and stay on top of my financials, from Taxes to Payroll they handle it all and I get piece of mind knowing I am in good hands.

Mr. Ramos's negligence COST me a $4,800.00 penalty from the IRS. I have used his services for many years and have watched his attention to detail and customer service decline as he has grown. His fees are very expensive and not worth it. I asked him for an extension on my taxes and he failed to do so costing me $4,800. penalty. When I asked how this is possible his answer was he has over 1000 clients and he can't keep up with everyone's request. I asked if we would cover the penalty in full or a portion and he said no. Not even offered to do my taxes at no charge. I am completely disgusted and disappointed by his level of service and lack of attention to detail. STAY AWAY. VERY EXPENSIVE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAN COST YOU THOUSANDS.
Senor Ramos es muy mal accountant. El IRS me mandaron una multa de $4,800. por falta de mandar una extencion que le pedi que mande iso una parte pero no la otra. Ahora no regresa mi llamadas.

. They really know there stuff, besides being nice and fun. Yes, a very knowledgeable accountant that is personable and has a great sense of humor! I liked to do my own, (foolish), and one of their clients convinced me to try Accounting Management. This office has brought me thousands of dollars.
