Mr. Ramos's negligence COST me a $4,800.00 penalty from the IRS. I have used his services for many years and have watched his attention to detail and customer service decline as he has grown. His fees are very expensive and not worth it. I asked him for an extension on my taxes and he failed to do so costing me $4,800. penalty. When I asked how this is possible his answer was he has over 1000 clients and he can't keep up with everyone's request. I asked if we would cover the penalty in full or a portion and he said no. Not even offered to do my taxes at no charge. I am completely disgusted and disappointed by his level of service and lack of attention to detail. STAY AWAY. VERY EXPENSIVE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CAN COST YOU THOUSANDS.
