Kathy and I began coaching sessions at the same time my father's health started a steady decline that ended in his passing. I was concerned about how I was going to take care of myself while going into high-gear caregiver mode. Because of the work that Kathy and I did together, I did not go into overwhelm. I actually felt healthier and more confident physically, mentally and emotionally than I had before and was able to attend to my father's needs and my own with surprising ease. Her calm and caring attentive presence, perceptive and intuitive , created a relationship of collaboration that I had never experienced before. Kathy's understanding of the human condition and of health and wellness is vast. From the first session, I was impressed at Kathy's skillfulness in assisting me in articulating what I was trying to express about my needs and desires and how she was able to synthesize it all. We set achievable goals broken down in to very manageable steps and moved forward at a pace that I felt comfortable with. Kathy's guidance and support enabled me to deal with obstacles or stressful situations that arose in my life in a fresh way instead of being driven by common habitual patterns. I have continued to benefit from what I learned during the time Kathy was coaching me. I'm so grateful for this experience and consider it one of the most precious gifts I have given myself.

I had been looking for an Ayurvedic Practitioner to consult with FOR YEARS and finally I met Kathy. She was a great pleasure to work with and a wonderful person to educate me on an Ayurvedic approach to optimize my health & wellness. Her consultation process is incredibly thorough and she explored all aspects of my lifestyle from diet and sleep to emotional states and work habits any beyond. The most exciting part was receiving her incredibly detailed recommendations (in a beautiful report to always have to refer to) which were like an Ayurvedic road map to wellness based on my unique constitution, history and needs. Her bedside manner allows even those of us with little to no knowledge of Ayurveda and it's core theories and principles to leave her care feeling educated and supported in this beautiful way of viewing how we can live with increased health and vitality. If you can't tell from all my words yet...I can't recommend Kathy enough to be your first or your next Ayurvedic practitioner.

No words can do justice to Kathy. She is not only an incredibly gifted healer, she is an ocean of compassion. She is a truly beautiful human being, a constant, loving presence in my life who has helped me both inwardly and outwardly through several health crises and continues to carefully guide me on the path to health. And her cat Sushie is wonderful too!
