Very difficult to contact over phone. No body is responding.

Had booked in 2008 and got possession in 2016 end. Still a lot of work to be done in the common areas of C block. Only one lift has been installed out of four. Gas pipeline still not laid out.There is shortage of covered parking space. One parking space has been allotted to more than one resident...to someone on permanent basis and and to the other on temporary basis and that too to one who is residing maybe in another block, leading to frequent quarrels between residents. We find someone's car always parked in our parking space whenever we visit our flat. And Kashish Utility charges Rs 1440 pm for security, housekeeping, cleaning caring least about ensuring that no one else uses our legally allotted parking space.

INSPITE OF REPEATED FOLLOW UPS HAVE NOT BEEN HANDED FLAT BOOKED IN 2009 . ENTIRE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE ABOUT ONE & HALF YEARS AGO. STAFF AT SITE HARDLY RESPOND...THIS IS NOT EXPECTED
