Very bad service, I never really come here again.

1st time I had a large pot of paint from Histor, no more because the jobs ended in terms of time frame. It turned out that I had 1 pot of black paint shortage but I had the same in white.
Could I change it? No, not without a voucher. He had clearly not been opened but it remained a resolute No. We went to the branch in Eindhoven on the Ruysdaelbaan and there it was no problem; I immediately got another pot of paint!

Second time I wanted to order a Christmas tree, which could only be delivered after Christmas, but I did not mind that because it was only for the next year. If I could return it if it was disappointing, I could not really see it because it was not in the store. No, that did not work ... once bought was purchased and because it was a Christmas product I was not allowed to return it after Christmas.

???

On to the Ruysdaelbaan again and again - and yes, could order and return was no problem. Also after Christmas!

I am really surprised about the differences of these stores, it is the same store name - a world of difference in terms of friendliness and service!

Big DIY shop. Very close to Hornbach and decathlon. They make good discounts bi-weekly.

Neat well-equipped hardware store for large and small jobs

A large DIY store with sometimes nice promotions during the holidays. Here were also the Christmas lights the cheapest and in the action.

A building shop with a lot of interior furnishings. The choice above the average, although the lowest prices do not belong. The advantage are continuous promotions and discount vouchers in newsletters.

Much more relaxed shopping than the hornbach but a bit more expensive :)

A hardware store that is still clear in the range they have. The staff here is also always willing to support you with advice and action. The current expansion in the provision of furniture is certainly an addition to the store.

More of the same, big store. Standard sorting low quality material at a high price. For a piece of furniture or a rug you can do well here, for a real job you can do better shopping at the neighbors. No unique points to go to specially.

We saw nice side tables, with a 25% discount. Unfortunately there was nowhere a price. Just checked, the young man looked it up in the computer and came back with the price including discount: 52.46.
A very clear amount. Now they went with 3 men looking for a new model and not the show model. After +/- 25 minutes they could not find it anywhere.
We were allowed to take the show model for the original price, as it was only there for 1 week.
When we arrived at the cash register, the price suddenly turned out to have changed to 67.
We raised this, called the young man in and he no longer knew what price he had said for it.
He now asked for the article number and then also came up with this 67, -.
Of course immediately put back the side table, no apologies for misinformation or for the unnecessary waiting afterwards.
All in all bad customer service.

Building market with everything from paint, wallpaper to garden furniture good offers good service

Wide choice, good quality price ratio. Modern, cozy, relaxing shopping. Sufficient electric charging stations!

No Flexa paint in store on Tuesdays. Had come in and was still in the warehouse. If these could not yet be placed in the store, they had to be scanned first. This would be Wednesday at the earliest. No problem agreed that I would come back on Thursday morning. I returned on Thursday morning. No paint yet. Was told that it had not arrived. My story done, when it was told that the paint was sold out again. Couldn't they have set a pot apart for me as agreed? On Tuesday or Thursday is not telling the truth. If this is Karwei's customer service, I will from now on go to the competitor, Hornbach, across the street.

What a lousy establishment this is. Today I literally asked for a pair of scissors from customer service and cut my customer card. This is 100% due to the unmotivated, disinterested, incompetent and above all slow staff.
Karwei Best has absolutely no right to exist against its opposite neighbor Hornbach. What a mecca that is for a handyman!
With a great offer, great prices, but most of all very knowledgeable staff!

Modern store near the Hornbach in Best. Generally very neat, and nicely decorated, with enough space and inspirational plazas. Ample parking space and large enough spaces. As far as I am concerned the image of the store is a large square with discounted items, which compared to the rest of the store always looks very messy and unprofessional, that is a shame and the rest of the store does not do that justice.

Not motivated despite there was hardly anyone in the store, they leave you at the counter because they find their own conversations more important. Then asked a question about a product is searched by two employees in a bin and with their experience they find nothing I with my inexperience but probably with wise eyes the last copy will come out in no time. you then arrive at the checkout it is completely wrong again and it takes a few minutes before you can pay this because the discounted item was listed in three different prices it went from 20 to 6 but eventually had to be settled with an amount of 10 euros. Don't ask me how to read it said 12.99 so that was my only advantage. My moral of all this then you already have almost no customers, then you can expect to have your business in perfect order, unfortunately not.
