What a great resource. We could see all the different floor coverings and get expert help. Well worth the visit.

visiting the karndean show room was a really positive experience from the reception area were the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The way the product was layed out was very expertly done so you were able to see what the flooring looked Like when choosing what we wanted from the vast range of products.
All the members of staff spent the time to give advice and answer questions friendly and helpfully.

We had Karndean fitted by one of the suppliers Karndean promote on their website, Harman Carpets in Goole. To cut a very long story short it looked terrible, tables and chairs rocked and joints ghosted through, it was replaced and exactly the same happened again. Harman said there was nothing wrong. Reported it to Karndean who still continue to promote this company so he can do this to other people s homes. After 13 months we took Harman to the small claims court and won full costs. Karndean is nothing but expensive lino that looks better in the skip.

Despite a fire alarm being in progress when we got to the showroom, your staff were very welcoming and professional. The person who took us round the ample number of displays did not appear rushed and was happy to spend as much time as we needed. An informative and worthwhile visit.

A very good showroom - helpful staff, a good experience.

My husband and I found our visit to Karndean in Evesham extremely pleasant and informative. The showroom is laid out such that it is easy to see all the lovely flooring coverings and shades, helping to narrow down choices. Veronika was a font of knowledge. We had a very pleasant 2nd visit to Karndean, Evesham where we were provided with very nice cups of tea (myself) and coffee (my wife). We were able to pick up another sample as the pevious ones we picked up on our first visit turned out not to be suitable, when we got them home and put them on the floor, but the sample we picked up today appears to be just what we want.

Showroom concept/layout and staff impressive....very welcoming and helpful. Ideal to be able to select and take away decent sized samples. Only negative was that the app suggested by the lady (take a photo of your room and show your chosen flooring in-situ) was rubbish. (app is just the catalogue)

This is an exceptional show room, very well laid out and welcoming. The staff are likewise exceptionally helpful and professional, I cannot recommend the visit highly enough. Go here and you decision is easy.
