Hired them to fix my porch. They said it would take about five business days. That was over 7 months ago and the work remains undone. They told a few weeks ago that they’re continuing to prioritize other work - I guess now that they have my money they don’t see a whole lot of reason to do what I paid them for.

They rarely pick up the phone or respond to emails.

It’s just a shame, because I really want to support queer businesses, but what Karnage is doing is more like a confidence scheme ngl
