I came across Kapture CRM about a year ago. After doing our research, we scheduled a demo. The team took us through how the software works and how it can be useful for our travel business. Since the demo was personalized, we got a better understanding of the system. In about two months, we went live. We got many configurations and had about 3 integrations done as well. Highly recommended Kapture for companies that are looking to organize their customer support process.

Managing tickets was a headache for us and what helped us in managing the smooth flow is Kapture CRM. with their self-service portal and omnichannel presence it's really easy for us to manage and organize the ticket flow today. Thanks to them we have zero ticket backlogs and higher customer satisfaction.

My business involves handling a team of freelancers spread across five cities. In my ordinary sense, I was co-coordinating with five members sending them work and releasing scheduled payments. But I started having my doubts on whether the allocated time was dedicated for the work or the payment is just for the work completed. I was even having doubts about following the freelancing model. Then i was introduced to the Kapture CRM by one of my friends. The rate contracting model enables me to follow a much more strategic and systematic way of finishing the payments. I have noticed a general increase in work-quality, decreased expenditure, precise accounting for every penny spend.

So many rules they talk while asking for the payment but the service response is poor.

Kapture s service CRM has greatly simplified our customer support process. Our main issue was ticket assignment and management of bulk incoming tickets from so many sources. Kapture now automatically routes tickets and the unified dashboard has helped in the ticket management process. We are also using their KMS system to power the FAQs on our website and app.

During the ordeal, people at Kapture CRM were made false promises, walked backed words, sidestepped when asked questions, ignore our email. Even after no services were delivered, didn t refund claiming they ve worked on, so they can t refund. Before we took decision to do this we were very patient, tried asking politely, but the response so poor, we thought we will have to do this.
