Thanks to my ex husband I had the misfortune to be a costumer of the company. But I must say during the whole time i was their client I was treated with respect ,nobody judged me and my case handler Laura was just amazing. She was always really kind and helpful and made the whole experience a lot less stressful which I'm really grateful for.
We cannot thank the Credit controller Laura for all the assistance given, which for us was a difficult claim due to our insurance companies inability/unwillingness to acknowledge. A great job. Thanks Laura Martin.
Try to reach the company, no answer after emails and phone calls... does not seem to be proper enough to do the basic communication... Lets hope I can get though to them lololol

What a fab bunch of people. I had originally been looking for a bailiff but as was helpfully explained, bailiffs deal with unpaid rent matters, what I needed was a collection agency.
What a fool I felt for not knowing the difference between these two humble and righteous professions.
However I would advise they improve the quality of their paper stock.
If a letter doesn t land with a thud, they ain t paying .
So goes the old saying.
This is not spam! This company is as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

Piss poor frankly
My sincere thanks to Laura Martin, without her help and assistance we would not have had our invoice issues resolved. It was a real pleasure dealing with Laura, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you again.
Received a random letter demanding money for a parking fine I ve never been told about. I emailed them and they replied forwarding me documentation that is nothing to do with me, or my name, address or anything.
I replied back, no response.
Now received another letter, called in office but told to person I need to speak to is absent today.
Ridiculous
James Ley has been harrasing me and sending spam emails after countless times of me emailing them with proof Hertz cancels my order. No response to previous emails just keep sending spam emails straight to me. Unbelievable. Can't believe this kind of company exist.

The company is bogus! They have no authority to enforce a debt from overseas, however, they scaremonger people into believing they have a legal obligation to pay. IGNORE THESE CROOKS
It is suggested reading the article in the Guardian titled "This demand for an unpaid fine can go straight in the bin".
These guys were fantastic, I dealt with Mr Edem Badje, who never made me feel that I was being hounded for money. Edem and his colleagues went above and beyond to get the matter resolved in an unobtrusive and helpful manner, and as I mentioned to Edem in an email before, if all debt collection agencies were like this, the world would be a much better place.
A Mickey Mouse company run from a home address in Faversham, who likes to try it on ! Desperate times for these people sadly.
