I am not the most tech-savy person in the world, especially when it comes to computers. Whenever I needed help with my computer or a repair, Kaplan Computers is the first place I call. They always make me feel like a priority, and they work hard to make sure their customers are satisfied.

When it came time to get a new computer I called Kaplan to help me make my choice. The staff took time to listen to what I wanted, and then made some great suggestions. Not only that, but after I purchased my computer they helped me transfer my old computer files to my new computer. They also took time to familiarize me with the new programs, and sync my e-mail and iPhone.

Kaplan Computers is always thorough, and is not satisfied until their customers are. I really appreciate the time and knowledge they put into their work. I no longer dread computer repairs, and would recommend this company to anyone looking for help with their own computers.

Really impressed. Got me out of a pickle with a dead computer. Service guys (Matt) were brilliant and helpful. Offered range of services for data recovery but mentioned a method to DIY. Obviously interested in customer service over $$$. Bought a new PC. Very happy

Their Computers are a ripoff, they overcharge for outdated technology, the staff that works there do nothing but rip customers off, the staff's knowledge about Computers and Hardware is a joke, I build computers as a hobby, I asked them questions about their computers just to test them on their knowledge, they dont know what they are talking about, their newer computers are mediocre and way overpriced, for what they charge for their outdated and newer computers, people are better off going to Best Buy or buying a computer online, If you don't want to get ripped off, avoid this place at all costs

Super kind, spoke to 'Eddie' over the phone with regards to a confusing phone call I had received. Turns out it was just some sort of spam error, and ended up talking to him for a few minutes. I have not been here before but just by the way my call was received, I wouldn't be surprised that they're just as kind in person.

Highly recommended. I had a remote machine that was stuck during a Linux install. They were able to get to the site quickly (next morning) and find the problem right away. Tech got the appropriate Linux kernel, reinstalled Linux, and set up the graphics card. He is efficient, professional, and honest. I will call Kaplan Computers again for future work.

Very happy with Kaplan s ability to get me into a new laptop and migrate all the data from my old, broken laptop. Quick, courteous, professional. Will definitely go back!

These guys saved my life. I couldn't be more grateful. I got 100% of my crashed drive back & installed on my computers new drive & I'm back in business like it never happened. Totally AWESOME! I feel fortunate to have this awesome facility in my neighborhood. I would have lost a really important client had I not been able to get help sorting this out. I strongly suggest talking with them about any computer problems.

My friend needed a new PC case and we couldn't find one anywhere. Kaplan had enough selection to get a case he liked and a new power supply to go with it. The store was clean and orderly and the staff were very approachable. Will definitely be bringing more business here in the future.

Always a great experience - We have been buying our workstations from here for over 10 years. Great prices and ease of purchase - In and out 5 minutes every time. This past visit was helped by Amber , very friendly ,and answered all my questions.

We purchased a battery for our laptop.the service support was good.they addressed our queries properly and helped us to get the battery which was not available immediately.they called us when the product was available.
I appreciate their prompt response and communication.
I suggest this place for computer and laptop repairs and accessories.

Jeez guy calm down. I just wanted to point out the irony between the laptop I own and the prices you sell your other used laptops for (which I actually do think are overpriced and can be found much cheaper elsewhere). Your tech was short with me and didn't give me room to speak, so it was pretty clear that he wasn't willing to have a conversation. If I had known my review would have caused you enough angst to write that novel of a post and do a background check on me I wouldn't have bothered to write it.

My network is finally working throughout my house thanks to these guys. My wireless signal was weak to non-existent in our living room. I tried a new router, a range extender, a signal booster, and an access point hooked to power-of-the-internet. None of it worked to my satisfaction. These guys came to my house checked out what I had, and had my entire house accessible in under an hour. Great job!

The store Manager is Tom. I went there to purchase a laptop adapter. I have purchased other items here also. Never again will I purchase from these people. I called Tom "The Manager" and he hung up on me. The Cooler Master NA-65 retail is $39.95.This is the list price on the manufactures website. { $39.95 } Kaplan computers price is $59.95. Amazon is $27.99 .They will not match prices! They are more than happy to mark up the manufactures retail price and overcharge the customers, well within their right, but they would rather lose a customer for life than match a price. Business must be very good.

It was a pleasure working with you, and my experience in having my laptop evaluated and repaired couldn't have gone any better! You were professional, polite, knowledgeable, explained things easily, no-pressure kind of people, and I liked the way you evaluated my laptop first in order to help me decide how deeply to go into repairing it. I also found your online status of my repair to be very helpful and convenient.

This repair was extremely important to me because I had backed up precious photos on an external hard drive, just to find out it was faulty and therefore corrupted. At minimum, I needed the charging port repaired to be able to access them again to re-back them up, and I asked you to check the cost of making some other repairs while you were in there. In your evaluation, you advised me that the motherboard was "iffy" due to a previous water spill, and no guarantee could be made as to how long a life was left on it. To me, telling me of this "hidden" fault in my laptop shows you cared, because there's no way I could've known that, and I would have put a couple or three hundred dollars into it otherwise to fix a couple other issues. It's all good now: my laptop charges again .. I've backed up my precious pictures .. and I still can use it as a secondary laptop even in its limited way. And yes - I recommend your business HIGHLY! Thank you so much!

Great place to go for CPUs.But expensive on repairs, warranty?
