They have one of the best security in town, very tight and the security personels here are very vigilant, the place has ample parking space though in terms of service here it's not that good. Expect delays and long waiting times plus you don't get much attention unless you struggle for whatever service you came for. And by the way what most people don't know is that you can park your cars here safely and cheaply.

Conveniently located in the CBD with a public free access library.

Honestly speaking this place is super clean. Very nice flowers and trees making a very cool environment in there.

Its the only public office where public servants act like its their mothers grapevine garden. No professionalism, and employees can flirt right in front of you

It is a government establishment for conducting land transaction within Kampala. The officials are very professional, but beware of unofficial personnel. They may conduct your transactions more quickly and cheaply, but it can open you up to fraud. Use official pathways only and steer clear of corruption.

Very poor services, you walk until your shoes have no sole especially if you are dealing with a land matter.

This place can be quite cumbersome, owing to the bureaucracy of the staff and systems. Some construction is going on internally so some offices are relocated. So confirm with the Reception where exactly you are going. The staff are mostly professional and willing to help. The parking is very limited so plan on leaving your car outside the premises.
