EPIC customer service, fast shipping & roasting, and altogether great coffee!! Will always love Kaldis!

Accidentally sent me some grounded beans on my first order. Kaldi's is sending me whole beans to correct the order. Great company with awesome customer service. In the meantime, I brewed some of the grounded Birds and Bees and it was still delicious. Roast date matched the shipping date, too, so it's as fresh as you can hope w fast shipping.

Kaldi's is a real gem in St Louis. Amazing roasts of outstanding coffee for a reasonable price. One of the best third wave shops in the country.

Good coffee and nice place to chill. I recommend trying the gooey butter cake. Fast service as well.

What I consider to be the best coffee chain in St Louis. Excellent barista's who understand and love the art of making a cup of coffee.

We were in town and was talking to one of the baristas at one of the Kaldi s Coffee shops, they mentioned the roasting facility does cuppings. It happened to be that day and we made it over for their cupping class. It was very informative and so was the tour. The staff was great!

I RARELY review. Today I accidentally walked into their main office near Vandeventer thinking that it was a cafe. I didn't find what I was looking for (of course) but I must say that the front desk staff was extremely kind. They invited me to have a cup of coffee out of their main lobby and didn't do anything to make me feel uncomfortable about my error. Honestly, simply because of how they treated me, Kaldi Coffee (as of today) will be my "go-to" coffee shop. Don't think for a second that I'm naive. I simply place a great value on how people treat you. If this represents the culture of that company, buy stock. #KaldiForLife

The people at Kaldi's are awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly and fun to hang out with. I went to a cupping event to try a variety of what they offer and was shocked at how unique the flavors were. If you are looking to learn more about coffee or just want to try actually good coffee, check them out! Thanks Kaldi team for making my wife and I feel like family!
